Yosemite National Park Fundraiser

We’re already in the middle of February, and our Fresno Reunion is right around the bend. Planning is going great, and exciting things are happening. Thanks to all who are helping to create another successful family get-together.

We write to you all today to introduce a great opportunity. We’d like to plan a day-trip to Yosemite National Park. Yosemite is famous for its giant, ancient sequoia trees, and for Tunnel View of towering Bridalveil Fall and the granite cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome. In Yosemite Village, there are shops, the Yosemite Museum and the Ansel Adams Gallery, with prints of the photographer’s renowned black-and-white landscapes of the area. This is a great chance for a once in a lifetime trip.

In order to make this a reality, we humbly ask for your assistance. We are creating a Go Fund Me page to raise the funds to make this happen. We need to raise $2732.00 by June 12th, and history shows that this family ALWAYS comes through. Listen to what the day includes:

Transportation to and from the park
Entrance fee to the park
Shuttles inside the park
The trip would take place on Friday, July 31st, leaving Fresno at 8:00 am and departing Yosemite at 7:00 pm. It’s only a short 60 miles away, so the ride would be approximately 75-90 minutes

What an adventure. Please stay tuned for more details, and an invitation to join the Go Fund Me page. Love and blessings to all.
